Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

- As each job is unique, one of our sales consultants will submit a written estimate via email once they have a clear idea of the brief.
- For new client enquiries, we typically do not accept custom print projects requiring advanced design work costing less than £500.
- Depending on the project's complexity, turnaround times typically range from 2 to 10 working days from approval.

Our minimum order value is £250+VAT for printing only (excludes existing account holders).
